Design Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC System in Cortland, NY Self Storage

Challenge

We needed to design plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems for a new self storage building.

Solution

Eight horizontal furnaces were used to heat and cool the corridors in the storage area of the building. One furnace was used to heat and cool the office area.

Plumbing consists of a water service with a RPZ, water heater, one bathroom and a stainless steel sink.

The electrical system consists of a new service, panels, receptacles, lights, exit signs and emergency lights.
