Remodeling project in Waterloo, NY
Challenge
When this customer moved to Waterloo two years ago, they were in a for a big adventure, even though it started quite small. Their newly purchased 114 year old house had a plumbing problem and - new to the area - they looked in the Yellow Pages and found that Halco had 24 hour service.
Solution
Halco quickly fixed the problem (water flowing from the upstairs bath into the kitchen), and signed up the homeowner for a service agreement to protect against future problems. From this encounter a world of change was about to descend on the home! Foreman Willy Grant came back with a Halco crew and changed a utility room into a laundry room. Then improvements continued: an extension for the the master bedroom, a redo of their tiny bathroom, a large media room upstairs, a replacement of their old water heater with a tankless water heater, insulation for the basement and attic, a ductless split heater and A/C and more. "Now everything is tighter, brighter and a joy to live in," said the homeowner. "The guys did a terrific job! Our next project might be solar... we've been extremely satisified with everything Halco has done to date!"
