Ducted Heat Pump
The customer's basement was only 4 ft. tall, so the air handler was mounted horizontally. This is a ducted system, meaning we were able to use the customer's existing ductwork.
Crawl Space Encapsulation
In addition to the basement, the customer also had an uninsulated crawl space that was a major source of air leakage. Our home energy team insulated the walls and added a CleanSpace vapor barrier.
Electrical Upgrade
A 200 AMP service panel upgrade was necessary.
LG Outdoor Unit
Here is the outdoor heat pump unit, leveled and looking nice! This customer will be much more comfortable for years to come!
