I believe you need work on your communication. I never heard from anyone about my 2 projects until I called and complained
Does not respond to emails or text messages timely. Be truthful and let people know what is really going on.
So far only the under the house insulation crew has been to my house and completed their part. They did a great job and everything that was supposed to be done.
The under house insulation crew did a great job cleaning up.
What made you choose our company:
We chose your firm because the sales guy seemed to be honest and the prices of the items were reasonable. After we signed the contract though things did not go AT ALL the way he said they would. I never heard from anyone there until I called to complain and find out what was going on. I still have not gotten my windows in as of today and we signed our contract March 16th.
