Steve was very courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing.
Call Representative
Polite, she needed to call me back and she did. It was nice to actually have someone answer the phone, too!!

Was very pleased with the time he took to try and diagnose problem, was going to arrive bet 1-4 and he was there by 1:00, so I appreciated that!!
