Will have to have service person come to give estimate in the future to confirm call representative's estimate before agreeing to work.
Call representative told me a new bathtub faucet and showerhead could be installed in the 2 free hours covered in the service plan so we purchased a faucet and showerhead to have installed.
Could not have been more pleased. Courteous, explained what he did and potential problems, told us to call if anything was wrong.
The service person informed me that it would normally take 3 hours to perform the work but that he would complete it as quickly as possible since I was misinformed by call representative.
Service person worked quickly to finish the job in about 2.5 hours.
Left everything as it was. Took old materials with him to dispose at Halco.
