I believe this program is a life saver for seniors on a retirement income as well as others with limited income who would never have the means to replace and repair the dangerous items in their home. Most people never realize what is going on in their home making it potentially dangerous to their health and potential death in some cases. Thank you for being there.
What did they learn that was most surprising:
Boiler needs to be replaced; dangerous level of carbon monoxide; no insulation in the attic ceiling; mold throughout the house; no air vent in the bathroom;
