He took the time at the end to discuss all the work he did and let me know of other options available with no pressure.
I liked that he called to let me know that he was on the way and he was on time.
He did a very thorough job, not only replaced filters and cleaned furnace, but also checked, cleaned, sealed and reworked the flue to make it more efficient and safe.
He took all waste with him and did not leave filters behind for me to dispose.
