Initially house/furnace replacement inspection, and next was furnace installation
Originally asked for heating/furnace rep and we were signed up for a whole house energy survey: somewhat confused at start
all questions answered and good follow-up with concerns
furnace resizing seemed reasonable, seasonal balancing of house heating remains to be completed by us
furnace installation completed as promised on a very cold day
Mom reported clean-up was good, as I was out of town during installation
