Every contact I have had with Halco has been excellent. This latest was no exception. Thursday, Jack M, came and put in my new toilets, and was very skilled and able (and willing!) to answer all my questions. Previously, Phil M fixed my pool problem when other technicians from other companies just threw up their hands. He performed magic, and it wasn't easy, but he was always cheerful and took the time to explain everything. The latest call was dispatched because a brand-new leak was discovered in my basement, less than 24 hours after the new toilets had been installed. It turns out the two were completely unrelated, but the Halco guy who came (I'm sorry, I forgot his name), arrived very soon after I called, and saw what the problem was immediately. He fixed the problem, and didn't even charge me -- not even for the part. And he was friendly and informative about his job and Halco. I am so totally sold on this company (Halco)! I will call Halco for each and every problem I have -- and plan to have an energy audit done soon. I'm telling everyone I know about Halco. Good Work!!!!
