Unfortunately, Jack got called on an emergency on the day he was supposed to come to my house (Tuesday), and so couldn't come until Friday. But when he did come, he was able to fix the problem with the toilet he had installed and other problems. As usual, he did a great job with a cheery attitude. I'm completely satisfied.
Of course it would have been best if the drain could be fixed and didn't have to be replaced. But this was not the fault of the service technician.
