Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the pipes were put together, the issue and diagnosis.

He was able to test his theory and saved me the cost of having to snake the drain, which had cleared with the use of draino.

He tested his theories and no further leaks presented.
The Cleanup Process
He helped wipe up the overflow that had occurred earlier in the laundry and recommended "fixes" for the couple of stains in the ceiling.
