1st call was using phone numbers in phone book. None of the 3 worked. Once I got a valid number things went smoothly.
Informative, but not pushy
Did the best they could. Asked for help when necessary - smart man! Didn't bullshit his way out.
timing/availability - waiting 2 or 3 months is not acceptable for service. Your response was in a couple days. Nothing ticks a customer off more than being told a company is too busy to get to them. Hire more staff. Work with the schools offering apprenticeships. Do whatever it takes to be there for the customer.
