I appreciate how Chad not only fixed my heater but also showed me how to program my thermostat to conserve heating energy when I'm gone during the day. I've had multiple heating/plumbing people come out to my house over the past 3.5 years, and Chad was the first one who showed me about the thermostat. I also appreciated how he came out on a weekend even though I was a new customer.
