I have been very pleased with the furnace and the service people sent to our home to adjust and tune the furnace. The one time that we had an emergency was on a Sunday and we had NO heat. The service person came and arrived very late on Sunday evening and within a short period of time had heat.
The service man John was the BEST that has ever serviced the furnace. He was here a full hour and a half with a full descriptor of exactly what he did..
The office gal called to schedule the visit as we have the best plan that the company offers.
I cannot praise John Schlegel highly enough!!
