Our Overall Service
Our Boiler had stopped, no breaker tripped. Rodney and Kalah sent Tim Macky out to check boiler, the boiler wasn't the main issue. Tim took the time performing several tests isolated the problem to a wire coming into the house a tree had rubbed exposing the wire shorting out the house. Kalah immediately notified RG&E while Tim was able to rewire the boiler to a separate breaker so as to ensure we'd have heat. These three went above and beyond to keep us safe and warm. Tim waited for the RG&E crews to arrive, speaking with them directly. Thanks to this HALCO Team, we avoided a potentially dangerous situation.
