We have worked with HALCO since they came in to discover that we had a furnace that was note easily traceable (over forty years old) back around 2013 I believe. When it died I think four or five years ago, HALCO was there to help us with a challenging situation on our part. They replaced the unit and we went on an annual maintenance plan immediately. They visit every fall, complete the work, fully explain what they completed and why, and leave by giving us confidence that our heating system should not fail us during the winter. Even our technician, Randy has been out here before and he is great. Kudos to the CS team and the HALCO process. Easy to schedule, and when things happen (which did), they called, noted the challenge the day before on their part, apologized, and rescheduled immediately. Simply, the best CS I work with anywhere. If our other providers fall away, and HALCO provides that service, they are next on our list.

It was a maintenance team this time. They were fantastic. Even the lead tech was training a newer tech. I am confident that the knowledge he shared will help continue with the onsite quality.

They were here? Really? Even when the furnace (and hot water heater ) were done, there was never a mess. With the maintenance, they left with the dirty filter, so I was happy!
