It was a challenging week of moving in to a new manufactured home being on the phone with NYSEG, literally on hold for hours trying to set up things...it was nice to work with Halco and John the tech who came to do the work. No on hold for hours, friendly and professional office staff and they moved things around to get John back the next day when the NYSEG representative was not too pleasant to deal with. Thank you very much for your prompt, courteous and professional service. I appreciate all that your company did to help me out in a very hard situation with NYSEG.
