One of the inspectors told me that Halco is a great company -- that the owner will go out on holiday calls before sending staff. I was very impressed by that. It seems rare that a company treats it's employees well these days. Everyone I talked with and met gave me the impression that this is more than just a job to them. When that is true, there is more of an investment by the staff to make sure the company succeeds -- which means the customers are treated well, too.
Have had no problems. Everyone has been Pleasant, responsive and competent.
Edwin and Chris were great. I work from home and expected there to be a lot of interruption. They were very quiet (hardly even talked with each other), kept at the task and appeared to be working very efficiently. When I checked on what they were doing, they always seemed happy and proud of the work they were showing me. They worked well together. Were both polite and pleasant.
I expected this might be a mess for me. They did a good job containing any mess and asked for a vacuum to clean up. The area where they removed insulation looked very clean. It was obvious they were paying attention to the mess -- I will only need to do light vacuuming.
I ran into your kiosk at Destiny about the Empower program. I did follow up with BBB before I moved forward. Was impressed by your rating.
