Ayden, Nick and (I think Tyler?) were here at my house on Friday June 28th. Halco seems to find the most hard-working , responsible, and respectful young people! All three worked so very diligently all day. They worked together well and did another great job in making my house better for me and more secure. Thank you for the two sump pumps with alarms- I so needed the alarms so that if there is ever a flooding issue I will become immediately aware to avoid the problems that happened with the flood in April, when I lost my hot water heater. They worked so very hard-they did a two-day job in ONE day-and did it well! They deserve some type of bonus for that I think. My cellar looks better and is now well- equipped than it ever has been. My cellar has always been scary for me to go into, for the fear of mice , and knowing very little about furnaces and hot water heaters, insulation, sump pumps. Not only did all six technicians do an excellent job ; it is so wonderful to see younger people with good work ethics, pride in and in knowing what they are doing! Thank you so much to all of them! The Schedulers and coordinators are pleasant and courteous as well. I look forward to July 16th when hopefully a resolution to the electric issue can be rectified. Good manners are an important part of customer service, as well as explaining things to the customer, especially when it is not the customers area of expertise( as it was in my case!)
