I called because I had a problem with my water heater turning off. Zach came out and told me that I would either have to repair or replace the heater. While I wasn't thrilled with either choices I went with replacing the whole unit because it would be under warranty. I checked prices with other companies and found that Halco was by far the best price.
It only took a day to get the heater installed from when I requested it and Zach came back out to install it. He took the time to show me the difference between the old heater and the new one.
I would recommend Halco and Zach to others.
