Several years ago I lost heat in the middle of the night in the winter. I called the toll free number. The service guy on call answered the phone. He was in Geneva and was at the house in about 45 minutes. It was a very simple repair, paid just for the service call. It was just a 25 cent fuse that failed. From that when it was time to replace the furnace and AC unit. I called HALCO to do a energy audit. Upgrade the insulation and add a heat pump to a new furnace. The old furnace was way over sized for the house. Last winter was the proof it was done right
