Call Representative
call representative (sorry I did not write down her name) was excellent -- got the plumber out to our rental house same day and after our renters were home (so the plumber could get in the house).
Our Service Person
Dave Rodriguez was excellent -- as usual -- came up with a good suggestion to provide a permanent repair.
