The technician did an excellent job working in the horrible conditions in my basement.

The service man was sent to do a simple plumbing fix which turned out to be a problem with my furnace which he doesn't usually work with. John did an excellent job on the leaky furnace pipe and its working perfectly now.
John also pointed out a potential problem that should be fixed before next winter.
The pipe is not leaking now.
My basement floor is partially dirt and was flooded, thus muddy. Complete cleanup was impossible and not expected.
