I appreciate Halco sending out a service person promptly to unthawed my frozen pipes on a weekend and then to send a follow up service person to investigate why they had frozen and hopefully solve the mystery of the frozen pipe. Thank you

Mike was very professional and took time to diagnosis the problem
That the dryer pipe had come disconnect or loosen during the foaming process causing cold air to come in around the water pipe area. Discovered the crew had missed a small area that needs to be foamed.
Rehooked the pipe
