My mom babysat the house for me because I had to work. Mom wanted a cup of coffee but couldn't make one because my coffeemaker is different from her. Dan, the service technician, had the same kind of coffeemaker as mine and helped her make coffee. Plus, according to Mom, he was kind to the cat, petting her while he spoke on the phone to me about the service provided. An all-around good experience for Mom and me. And the cat.
