The most popular way to pay for our maintenance agreements is through E-Z pay. This is a paperless, simple, and affordable way to pay for your membership. You authorize us to automatically deduct the monthly payment from your checking/savings account or from a credit/debit card. Your membership will automatically renew so there is no risk of expiration and loss of benefits. You choose the 1st or 15th of the month for the deduction and we take care of everything else. Your membership will remain in effect until you simply send us written notification of a change or cancellation. It's that easy! Call to join!
maintenance agreements are completely transferable. If you move, notify Halco and we will reassign your service plan to your new home.
Yes. While there is no set penalty for canceling, we do ask that if we extend annual maintenance services, you extend your annual payment. Our maintenance agreement members understand that to receive their membership benefits, they are obligated to provide 12 months payment. If you decide to cancel your plan in less than a year and do not extend annual payment, you are responsible to pay back any discounts you may have received. If you are on E-Z Pay, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your withdrawal date — no refunds will be issued for cancellations that come after that date.
