Damian is responsible for the Multifamily Performance team, which exclusively concentrates on creating healthy, energy efficiency, high-performance multifamily, and small commercial buildings. Before joining Halco, Damian founded and ran an award-winning Home Performance company. With over 12 years in the building sciences and building performance industry, Damian is nationally recognized as an industry expert and advocate for energy efficiency. He has spearheaded building performance projects for numerous multifamily and small commercial buildings and complexes in NY State and is responsible for numerous award-winning single-family and multifamily performance projects.
