We recently had many Halco technicians at our house trying to resolve our AC problems. I can't locate all the survey forms but would like to write one general email that I hope you will apply to all of the home visits.
We had a bit of a unique problem and all technicians worked hard to resolve it. Brandon and Matt were terrific about accommodating and responding to my need to understand what happened and to make sure we were protected from it happening again. If a tech didn't know what to do - they called and found someone else. We are very pleased with the service provided and would, and have, recommended your service to others.
Of special note is Hans. His experience enabled him to look at our situation a bit more broadly and he's why we added the furnace purchase. We appreciated his honest assessment and saving $1000 by buying it now with the AC rather than later. His comments were extremely valuable. And Brandon jumped on it and had technicians in the next business day to install the unit. We are very pleased with the service we received. Thanks for helping us through a difficult situation.
