Challenge
The challenge was to renovate the plumbing system at an existing building in Geneva, New York, used as a dentist office.
Solution
This was a design build job for the plumbing system. The concrete floor was saw-cut to allow the installation of the new sanitary pipe. A new water service was installed including a RPZ and water filtration system. For the exam and surgery rooms, gas, vacuum and compressed air lines were installed.
The existing HVAC system was not working very well so we installed new duct work to improve the distribution the air through out the offices.
