The Commercial Routine Maintenance Membership entitles our customer to an annual maintenance visit, or multiple visits per year, depending upon customer needs and equipment requirements.  Tune-ups and cleaning of equipment, adjustments and filter changes, system start-ups and shutdowns are just a few of the services we offer. Commercial Preventative Maintenance Membership also includes:

• A reduced trip charge for emergency service and 15% discount on necessary repairs

• Priority customer status-during high demand times of the year we prioritize our schedule by membership status. Our Commercial Routine Maintenance members will receive guaranteed same day emergency service including on Holidays.  At Halco, you will never get an answering machine.

What is E-Z Pay?

Our most popular way to pay for the Halco Commercial Preventative Maintenance Membership is with E-Z pay. This is a paperless, simple, and affordable way to pay for your membership. You authorize Halco to automatically deduct the monthly payment from your checking/savings account or from a credit/debit card. Your membership will automatically renew so there is no risk of expiration and loss of benefits. You choose the 1^st or the 15^th of the month for the deduction and we take care of everything else. Your membership will remain in effect until you simply send us written notification of a change or cancellation.  It's that easy!
