A Halco tech was at this Auburn, NY home to perform annual maintenance on the furnace. While there, he found the condensate pump not working and leaking water onto the floor and the bottom of the furnace. This is a basement the customer never uses, so he hadn't noticed. The tech serviced the furnace and replaced the pump.
