Challenge
In the evening of November 12, 2009 this customer experienced no heat from their 16 year old furnace.
Solution
A Halco techncian responded immediately and found the furnace to have a cracked heat exchanger. The client was provided temporary heaters and a crew of Halco team members returned on Saturday the 14th to install their new Goodman 95% gas furnace.
