I just had to tell you that Jason went above and beyond the call to duty today. We are out of town and got an alert that the temperature was down in the house. Called in and got a service call scheduled - which Jason got the call. When Jason arrived, the road hadn't been plowed and was not passable. Jason took it upon himself to walk into the house from East Lake Rd. Jason determined that despite the gauge on the propane tank showing 15%, that there was no propane. He felt really bad that he had to charge us for the service call since the problem was no propane. The good news is I got Superior there - they found gauge on the tank was defective and the tank was empty - filled tank and got everything restarted - and are reimbursing me for your service call.
I know in your business you get enough complaints - but just wanted you to know that you have a great employee in Jason.
