The gentleman came to check out what was wrong with the on-demand water heater that I had as the people that installed it said that they have not worked on that brand (HTP) for a few years or more. The gentleman showed me what was wrong.  It was not repairable.  I thought about what to do after he showed me my options.  I decided on another on-demand weather heater.  Oh my goodness!!  The HTP always took a minute and a half of running water fully to get hot water when it worked properly. It would shut off randomly.  In the middle of a shower, washing my hair, while washing dishes.  Sometimes you could feel the water getting warmer to start something and the water would go cold.
