I've had three HALCO service persons on three different service calls within the past month (Jack, Jeremy and Anthony). Each one was excellent - very professional and competent. I especially appreciate their willingness to explain in detail the problems they addressed and the work they performed. I also appreciate the fact that they did not put any pressure on me to buy any additional service or goods. Each of the three seemed genuinely interested in the well-being of our family.
