Overall it was a great experience. I would be happy to say great things about my experience.
I had a few issues but they were corrected.
You are fortunate to have Bill Meadows working for you. What an awesome experience.

I was a little worried about a few thing and a few items were not placed correctly (Placements of piping and aircondition location). Sealing of duct work is just okay.
Installation team was amazing and I didn't even no if they were there. I did have issues with my Garage area not being put back in order after the move and I Kama (martial Art weapon) I was painting for my wife was destroyed and pitted by the garage floor. Not happy with that at all.
