I've been pleased w/Halco thus far, any issues have been handled professionally, scheduling and follow up are excellent. I have buyer's remorse about the tankless water heater that came with my house and feel its maintenance is in good hands with Halco as you know the product and its issues -- compared to the original installer who seemed relatively naive about it.

Our Service Work
Unable to better mount refrigerator water filter on wall due to not having hardware in truck. Original install was by Halco, it is not holding up well.

Helper left shop towels & bucket behind (I caught them before they left).
