What did they learn that was most surprising:
I was just looking for someone to clean my heating ducts, which Halco couldn't do because of some asbestos casing. I didn't actually remember that I had applied for a home energy audit until I got approved. I'm sure he told me, but it didn't really sink in, I guess.
