Greg and Sean did a very good job, especially since there were some challenges to overcome - one being the narrowness of the stairs down to the basement and getting the new Navien unit through there. It took some doing, but after that, the installation was neat and visually tidy. I am happy with the installation and the outstanding performance of the new furnace/hot water system. Hello Matthew, CONGRATULATIONS, IT'S A HUGE SUCCESS AND JOB WELL DONE!! It was very nice and wonderful to come home from work early this morning and have heat and comfortable rooms in the house. I checked and touched the baseboards in every room to make sure I am not dreaming or imagining things "IT WAS REAL, I HAVE HEAT". I do not have to wear coat, hat, gloves and layers of clothes inside the house anymore. I commended of your professional presentation from the beginning June 2013 when you came to  evaluate the heating system of my house. The two employee who started the work demonstrated high standard of morality, action and performance I am very impressed.
