We were very impressed with the professionalism of both Melissa & Duncan. Duncan won us over by being reliable, knowledgeable & following up promptly. We looked at 2 other companies & though prices were lower, we were not convinced that they would show up or finish when they said as we had trouble getting appointments or returned calls/emails. We have nothing but praise for our experience with Halco & are glad to recommend you to anyone who asks about our solar system. Also glad to be mentioned as a farm project to other farmers - (already had a guy from Romulus come to see them. Donald Anders, who is going to use Halco and got our name from you.) I have utilized Halco for my heating in the past and am a current Heating Gold Member. Your company has done so great that we opted to use you for our plumbing as opposed to someone else. I was not disappointed and am extremely happy with the job your tech has done (yet again). I have found that whether its a different technician or even the plumbing or heating there is solid continuity in how your people work and represent your company. They are always (even on the phone) positive, professional and efficient.Unlike many other places I don't feel like I am getting raked over the coals and truly feel like I am part of the process. Today, I had two toilets that needed some repair. Not only did Jimmy D arrive promptly but he arrived with a smile on his face and ready to work. He was VERY professional and worked diligently to fix my issues. Jimmy then took the time to show me what he did and where there were possible issues in the future. I did not opt at this time to become a member of the plumbing service BUT due to his explanation of the services, once we have the funds I am sure, just like the heating part I will join. Again, I really am so happy with Halco's services and will continue to utilize Halco for anything that you cover!
