The gentleman who came was as always polite, knowledgeable, and very professional.  We thought we had a major water leak; instead it was a simple matter of a leak from the hose to the icemaker. Had Ed out here a few days ago to work on an over-pressure anomaly for my Navian.  He came right when I called late at night.  Looked the whole job over and arrived the next day as promised with all the parts needed to remedy the problem.  I've had a few different people out here and I want to say that Ed is the nicest, most knowledgeable artisan that I have ever met.  Ed is a great ambassador for Halco.

Bill's and Vince Graham's assessment was very thorough and high professional. The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner by highly skilled and well-supervised crews. All members of the work crews were very courteous and available for answering questions throughout the project. To be honest, we are not accustomed to such a high level of professionalism from many of the contractors we have dealt with over the years. We are indeed impressed.The follow-up by Bill after completion of the work was excellent. He is a good listener, gives clear articulate and thorough explanations, as well as impartial advise. Paul Crowley was our first contact with Halco's plumbing service, and we were impressed. He is evidently well informed of the latest technologies related to plumbing, water conditioning, water filtering, and reverse osmosis, which were some of the topics on which we needed his expertise. Paul listened carefully to our concerns, and gave us frank opinion about possible solutions, always providing clear information regarding pros and cons of different alternatives. The job he did with the problem copper pipes looks outstanding. He was also very thorough in providing well-considered options to help us resolve the problems we are having with water quality. We were delighted with his professionalism.
