I'm writing to let you know how my unexpected furnace failure was handled by you service people.
On Christmas Day, I discovered my furnace was not working. I phoned your 24 hour phone number, spoke with Heidi and she informed me that a repairman was finishing up another job and would be there as soon as possible. Shortly thereafter, repairman "Justin" was knocking on my door, ready to fix my furnace, which he did.
I really value the importance of having a service agreement with your company. It not only gives me discounted prices, but gives me priority service when you need it the most.
Heidi and Justin both offered prompt, professional and courteous service at a critical time.
