We have been long time Halco customers and are very well acquainted with Halco products and service. Halco installed our first A/C system many years ago as well as our 10kw standby generator and we have been a member of your annual maintenance program. When it was time that both our boiler and A/C needed replacement there was no question as to who we would be contacting. I placed a call to Stephen Hegel who did a comprehensive assessment and analysis of our needs and presented us with an energy efficient program. The program recommendations included the latest technology (Navien Combi Boiler) temperature controlled natural gas, combination boiler and hot water heater and Goodman High Efficiency Air Conditioner Systems. The presentation appeared to be exactly what would be best suited to satisfy our needs. The products, plus the incentives, plus the professional presentation by Stephen Hegel, was more than enough to sign the proposal agreement. Installation was set up to be in two phases. Phase 1 was to install the A/C system and Phase 2 for the boiler installation. I was very impressed by the fact that each phase of the installation had a separate crew and crew leader specialized in that installation. Each crew leader and staff knew exactly what had to be done and everything was done systematically and efficiently. Everyone was friendly, courteous and sensitive to maintaining a clean environment. Both phases were completed without any complications and all systems are performing perfectly.
In conclusion: I can't speak highly enough about the staff that performed the work and especially about Stephen Hegel who was there for us every step of the way from the initial presentation to the completion of the project. He was always available to answer any questions, he was timely and could always be reached.
As for Halco. I kind of refer to your company as Halco 911. If I have a problem that is Halco related I know that I can call Halco 911 and I will be greeted by a very courteous person who will know exactly what to do and that my problem will receive immediate attention.
