Dear Halco, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you again. I contacted your company almost 3 years ago when I started really having troubles with my boiler. A salesman came out and did a home energy audit. Then I waited.  Well needless to say I called again when my boiler really stopped working and found out that the one gentleman no longer works for your company and because it had been so long another energy audit had to be done. That is when you sent out David (thank you)! David was very polite, knew exactly what needed to be done, what papers needed to be filled out and even had to deal with the water department because I had a water main break in front of my house and there was a sheet of ice in front of my house!  David went above and beyond in order to help me and my family. Even coming out another time because I could not get my important forms off my computer for him. David also kept in contact with me to let me know how everything was going with the application process. Then I received the very best call ever from him that I was approved for the 50/50 and the insulation for my home. You have no idea how happy I was. Within a couple of weeks my family and I would have HEAT in our house!!!! Almost two months with only electrical heaters to heat our home in the dead of winter. Thankfully, it was not our normal Wayne County winter. We then met Josh and Richard who were our installers. And thank you yet again!! These two gentlemen are an asset to your company. Honestly, all three of them are!!!! In just two days Josh and Richard were able to install the new system, remove the old, and make it look like they were never there. Josh and Richard were a delight to have in my home, they were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had and there were hundreds of them. Never once did I feel like I was a bother to them. And I was amazed that even with all my questions it did not slow them down whatsoever. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and I will highly recommend David, Josh and Richard to everyone I can, and already have!!! The day that Josh and Richard were finished, David called me again to see how things went and I could not contain the excitement in my voice, of the pure joy that I had to walk into a warm home again. David will be coming out again so that we can start the next step of the insulation. And honestly I cannot wait!!! If everyone in your company is as professional, fun, and as trustworthy as these three have been, you will be receiving another letter from me. Also sorry for my spelling, I am an auto mechanic, not a journalist! :)

I am very pleased with this, my decision to go for it, and to work with Halco Renewable Energy.Thank you very much for everything you have done for me and solar PV system. As you know I've been very interested in doing this for many years, and I'm now very excited and pleased that I'm cranking out KWhs. Thank you Melissa for teaching the PV (and other) classes at TC3. I learned a great deal and enjoyed it. Thank you Duncan for working with me on the Fronius equipment, which I know isn't your regular fare. Thank you for allowing me to participate in the installation and gain some experience. Tim & Jeff, you did great work. Thank you for putting up with me - I hope I wasn't too much of a newbie. Your knowledge, professionalism, technique and personal interaction were fantastic.I'm very glad we were able to work out an agreement to get the system installed without additional delay from SunPower. We immediately had excellent insulation days, and the panels were up kicking out watts.I appreciated the relationship I have with Halco Renewable and with each of you. I'll gladly be a reference if you'd like one. I love showing off the system, and I have a binder with photos, charts and documentation that I reference when talking to people about my decision process, the technology, and the financial investment return. There have been several opportunities to do just that, and many requests for learning more about the system. Hal, First of all, your sales/tech representative, Ed Okonsky is one your best company’s assets.  Ed presented himself and Halco with professionalism and proved to be a “subject matter expert”.  I was impressed with his ability to patiently absorb my (verbal) basic knowledge of HVAC and then further educate me on those things that I was not familiar with, to build my overall confidence in Halco. He respected my knowledge and did not try to intimidate me with his extensive knowledge base.  Much appreciated! I had other HVAC companies come to my home to advise and quote. Although you were somewhat higher in price, we made the choice to hire your company. My wife and I are very happy with our decision. We recently rented a cottage in Sodus Bay and discovered a plumbing issue on our first evening. Dave Rodriguez came to the house and worked several hours. The landlord was supposed to meet him there, but did not show. Dave continued to work on the problem for several days until it was resolved. He was kind and courteous, and although the plumbing issues were a major frustration for us (and for him), he continued to with a pleasant and friendly attitude the entire time.
