This Danby, NY customer is a new Halco client who contacted us for maintenance work on his commercial building. The air conditioning maintenance had been done by others until this point and Halco technicians were able to step in and clean up the system a great deal. This customer was so pleased with the work, he signed up for an annual service plan for his AC unit.
We received a call from this first-time customer in Waterloo, NY in need of some routine maintenance and cleaning for their gas furnace and air conditioning unit. Halco service tech performed annual maintenance on this Carrier outside package AC unit in Waterloo, NY. He removed dead mice and a mouse house from the return duct area, cleaned, scrubbed, and inspected evaporator coil, condenser coil, and blower motor, and verified condensate pan drains. He also checked electrical connections and response to thermostat. The AC unit is in working condition upon completion and the customer will stay cool this summer with a system that will last longer and use less energy!
This A/C coil cleaning was performed for a commercial customer in Ithaca, NY. All of the dirt, pollen, cottonwood and other items were cleared from the coil to help with airflow and to ensure that the system is not working harder to cool to the correct temperature. This was a new Halco customer that contacted us because her AC unit was not working properly and was blowing warm air. The customer's home had gotten up to 84 degrees, and she was especially concerned because she had an infant in the home. The Halco tech cleaned the unit and performed a tune-up on the system. He also replaced the contactor. Upon completion, the unit started and ran properly.
