I’ve never had a service check from Halco in 15 years of association as thorough and complete as the one I had yesterday. I saw maintenance performed that no other tech ever did. Dear Halco Staff – Yesterday I was in dire need of assistance. My a/c unit in the MBR was leaking – all over. I know your schedule was packed yesterday, but somehow you were able to send help. Travis was polite and efficient. Thank you so very much! Yesterday was Monday. Two days prior, on Saturday, I had a service call to check on the boiler and a/c units. Everything was fine when the serviceman left. Mark was also polite and efficient. Thank you for all of your help.

When there is a problem all I have to do is call - poor Steve - all the guys have worked like the professional they are. T.Y.Also Th. You to the 3 guys here all day Wednesday 3/21/12 and part of Tuesday 3/20 - They were great.
