This note is long overdo. Thanks for the consideration on the replacement boiler, the entire process was a good experience. Dan did an excellent job of diagnosis, temporary repair, then the re-install and follow-up. I feel like we finally have the boiler running as well as possible. Many people will grumble about their experience, but I am writing just the opposite. Job well done on all counts.

Bill's and Vince Graham's assessment was very thorough and high professional. The work was completed in a timely and thorough manner by highly skilled and well-supervised crews. All members of the work crews were very courteous and available for answering questions throughout the project. To be honest, we are not accustomed to such a high level of professionalism from many of the contractors we have dealt with over the years. We are indeed impressed.The follow-up by Bill after completion of the work was excellent.
