Hey my name is Geanelle and I would just like to say that all of your employees are so amazing. I'm not sure who was in charge of the hiring process but they hired some really nice individuals. I had 2 guys David and Travis come to my house last week Friday the 17th to do my insulation they were so amazing, they covered all of our stuff, they did a really great job, and their work was very neat and precise. I even found David sweeping my carpet upstairs because there was some debris, I said dude you don't have to do that with a broom we have a vacuum I got it, he said are you sure I said yeah he still got up 90% then he said he didn't want to leave a mess. While David was upstairs cleaning Travis was downstairs sweeping my basement floor. They took out all the trash and they did amazing work, those 2 are such a good team, they work so well together never break them up please they belong together. The guys I had set up my furnace and hot water heater were great. Also I left a very nice review on this company and if I'm able to leave another one I sure will, plus I will be doing all my heating and cooling business with you guys from here on out. I will highly recommend this company to any and everyone. These guys work hard and I told them they need a raise. They said Halco treats them very well. Because you treat your employees good it reflects in their work and amazing attitude and customer service skills. Thank you all for this amazing experience I have nothing bad to say at all.

Halco had come to our home to do some blown in cellulose insulation in our attic and although Ron had gone upstairs and checked several times, the force had blow a light fixture out in the closet and cellulose filled and spilled out of our closet. I recently had tendon and ligament repair and cannot put any weight on my foot and only go upstairs at night, so we had not realized what had happened until Jay came home from work and had gone upstairs. Jay and I put in over 3 hours last night cleaning up the cellulose that overflowed into our bedroom from the closet, but it became just too hard for me on one leg. Ron DeRue from Halco came this morning and finished where we left off and went above and beyond to make things right and when he was done you would never know we had that mess last night - I am beyond grateful. Ron took every single item one by one (and there was ALOT in that closet) and vacuumed them one by one till all cellulose was off- granted I will still be washing them, but he saved hours of tedious labor for me on one leg. I wish I could attach photos so you could see just how much tedious labor this involved. And for our trouble and inconvenience Halco is sending us a gift card for dinner on them. Good morning, I wanted to let you know we notice a big difference in our home.  And I'm not talking about the mess we made trying to get ready.  Its been a roller coaster ride trying to get approved and all the different twists and changes along the way.  Thanks for your efforts.  Just so you know I wanted to tell you Halco is making a difference in peoples' lives.  I also greatly appreciate the crew that came.  They were very professional and you could tell that they cared.  You are lucky to have Kevin he is very good at what matters most.
