Dear Mr. Smith, We were very impressed by your employee, William Graeper, who came to our house on August 1st, 2012 to do an energy audit. Will was very informative and pleasant and thorough. He is very intelligent and was able to convey and explain very complex information in an easy to understand manner. He was very thorough in checking our heat sources and inspecting areas of our house and explaining why he was doing things and pointing out areas of concern. He gave us a lot of information during the house tour/inspection. He demonstrated throughout his visit his desire to help the "customer" and is very passionate about energy. He was soft spoken and not pushy, and smiled and seemed to genuinely care about the energy issues in our house and where our specific needs were. He listened intently to what we told him and answered all our questions pleasantly and completely and had some great suggestions (even though we kind of overwhelmed him a few times.) He made the energy audit enjoyable and interesting. It was a pleasure having him come into our home. he is an impressive young man and certainly did earn our respect and admiration. Thank you!

I just wanted to write you about a very positive service experience we had over the past two days. We are on contract for a geothermal pump, and suffice it to say the project has not been straightforward between the architecture, the property lines, and the global supply chain. Part of the project involved trenching across our septic line for lack of another option, and when our (recently pumped) septic started backing up yesterday my wife and I panicked.   We called Matt and right away he sent over Mark who was very thorough, professional, and great to work with. He came up with a good plan, having diagnosed that the line was probably intact, and had us contact a septic service in the morning.    Today we had the septic company come by and the assessment was that there was something "unusual" going on - the tank was not too full but there may have been a clog or something wrong with the main line from the house. Matt came to the rescue again and sent Andrew and Ryan back this afternoon.   I can't emphasize enough how great Andrew and Ryan were! They spent hours here running the pipes with cameras and a mechanical device. They were kind, informative, and professional to the max and even cleaned up the mess afterwards.   I just thought you would want to know what a great team of people you have working at Halco between Matt, Mark, Andrew, and Ryan.   Thanks so much and we are looking forward to continuing our project with Halco.

Tom was able to diagnose the problem and describe the corrective actions in the terms of expense of replacement, products, and time to complete. He also provided helpful information for us to consider to manage a home well system.

The technicians - 'Joe' was extremely informative and addressed my questions very clear - understandable for me.

I'm so excited about my ductless mini-split heat pump system. Now I have air conditioning as well as heat throughout my manufactured home and best of all, IT'S AFFORDABLE. My techs from Halco, Dan and Jacob were stellar as far as punctuality, quality and they were very, very, neat cleaning up every speck of debris in and around my home. I hope to show my neighbors just how great this system is. No more propane. This system is definitely perfect for our planet as far as no more fossil fuels. Thank you Halco for such great service.

This prompt response was particularly important to me because I have multiple sclerosis, which is further aggravated by the heat.  I asked Laura if she had mentioned this to you, thinking this had been a factor in how quickly everything was installed, but she said that she never even thought of mentioning it.  This makes your quick response even more impressive. Hey my name is Geanelle and I would just like to say that all of your employees are so amazing. I'm not sure who was in charge of the hiring process but they hired some really nice individuals. I had 2 guys David and Travis come to my house last week Friday the 17th to do my insulation they were so amazing, they covered all of our stuff, they did a really great job, and their work was very neat and precise. I even found David sweeping my carpet upstairs because there was some debris, I said dude you don't have to do that with a broom we have a vacuum I got it, he said are you sure I said yeah he still got up 90% then he said he didn't want to leave a mess. While David was upstairs cleaning Travis was downstairs sweeping my basement floor. They took out all the trash and they did amazing work, those 2 are such a good team, they work so well together never break them up please they belong together. The guys I had set up my furnace and hot water heater were great. Also I left a very nice review on this company and if I'm able to leave another one I sure will, plus I will be doing all my heating and cooling business with you guys from here on out. I will highly recommend this company to any and everyone. These guys work hard and I told them they need a raise. They said Halco treats them very well. Because you treat your employees good it reflects in their work and amazing attitude and customer service skills. Thank you all for this amazing experience I have nothing bad to say at all. 

I write because soon it'll be a year that I've had my heat pump system. The insulation and new energy system have transformed my home.  I realized I'm living in the house of my dreams, just had to upgrade it a bit.  I spent the last three months renovating the interior, got a fabulous sink and dishwasher, threw out about 75% of my stuff, repainted the interior, installed LED lighting, turned the two 2nd floor front rooms into well-lit studios -- it's all so different -- beautiful, peaceful, a real sanctuary, every room fully functional.  At the heart of it, of course, is climate control.  Warm, cozy, and draft-free in the winter, cool and dry in the summer.  I remember how when we first met in my living room, both of us tried to talk with sweat just streaming.  Omg.  Apologies!! I love it here now.  Also, I would not be able to work from home without the AC, so thanks for that as well.  

Dear Ms. Sipp, Tim Kelsey and his crew installed the new Okna window with the correct grid yesterday afternoon. Tim also tightened the frame of the window adjacent to the replacement.
